At Cake Hut, we are committed to providing the highest quality baked goods to our customers. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have adopted a No Refund, No Exchange policy. Please review our policy below:
1. Custom and Special Orders
- Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of custom cakes and other special orders, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- No Exchanges: Custom and special orders are made to your specifications; therefore, we cannot accept exchanges.
2. Standard Products
- Final Sale: All standard products purchased in-store or online are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Quality Assurance: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will review your concern and may offer a solution at our discretion.
3. Order Modifications
- Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but no refunds or exchanges will be provided if changes cannot be made.
4. Allergen and Dietary Information
- Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. We do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Custom Orders: Custom orders must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
